The location of the apartment was absolutely amazing. It was super convenient to get to all the main attractions and there were so many great restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the fact that they let us leave our luggage at the office until 16:30 was a huge bonus. It gave us more time to explore the city without having to carry our bags around.

First, there was a lack of communication regarding the deposit. It would have been helpful to know beforehand.

The only issue we encountered was a couple of hours of dog barking from a neighboring apartment. this was not the fault of the apartment itself.
